Kieren Ou

"My name is Kieren Ou and I am a member of the Class of 2026 at Staten Island Technical High School. Since July 2025, I have been participating in the High School Solar Car Challenge as a lead on the mechanical design team. I am currently working on the vehicle’s aeroshell design, using Autodesk Inventor to develop detailed models. I aspire to become a mechanical engineer, with a particular interest in humanoid robotics and mechatronics engineering. Outside of engineering, I enjoy spending time outdoors and hanging out with friends."
